The booking Process :

  • Send me an email at sylvain@paris-apart.fr indicating the dates you are interested in. l will contact you within the next hours.
  • Once we agree on dates, send me all your contact information. I will email you the rental agreement form.
  • Then, fill in the agreement form, sign it and send it me back with the copy of your passport and a deposit of 200€ or 250$ by PayPal, to secure your reservation.
  • The reservation will be definitely effective as soon as l receive both the signed contract and the deposit. l will then send you an email confirming the reservation and give you all the instructions concerning the check-in.


Payment & check-in :

  • The arrival time is 3 pm and Departure time is 11 am, but you can CHECK-IN 24/24. There is only an extra cost after 9pm                 --> Go to OPTIONS TABLE
  • I will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and to provide you all the instructions concerning the accomodation and area facilities.  I can otherwise welcome you at the airport and lead you to the apartment ( according to avaibility )      --> Go to OPTIONS TABLE
  • At the check-in, we ask for payement in full and also for a Security Deposit of 500 €, in cash or Travelers Cheques. 
  • Please note that the Housekeeping Fees are 20 Euro per stay.

Cancellation :

  • We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel more than two months before your arrival. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.
