The booking Process :

  • Send me an email at sylvain@paris-apart.fr indicating the dates you are interested in. l will answer you within the next hours.
  • Once we agree on dates, to book definitively the apartment we ask for a deposit of 100 € or 100 US$ by secure systeme paiement PayPal, to secure your reservation. 
  • By Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard...) to PayPal.

  • The reservation will be definitely effective as soon as l receive the deposit. Then i send you an email confirming the reservation and give you all the instructions concerning the check-in.


Payment & check-in :


  • The arrival time is 3 pm and Departure time is 11 am, but you can CHECK-IN 24/24.               
  • Possibility of Early Arrival and Late Departure ( according to availability ) 
  • I will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and to provide you all the instructions concerning the accomodation and area facilities. 
  • At the check-in, we ask for payement in full.

Cancellation :

  • We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel more than one month before your arrival. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.
